Integrating our deep state

Throughout millennia we've been reminded that our individual and collective potential as a species is hidden in plain sight. In this season of change and political theatre it's imperative to remember this.

It's also a good time for each of us to assess our own 'deep state' and to insource our intelligence from the raw material of our perfectly imperfect human lives. This insourcing is what helps us discontinue our over-reliance on AI as well as the acquisition of external power and thus living estranged from our own God-given body and spirit, and from the heart of true Source Intelligence (SI).

Your divine potential is indeed hidden in plain sight; in your home, in your relationships, in your daily rituals, in the foods you ingest and digest, in your work/service, and in your sacred doing and being right now.

What deep or healing insights are already known or visible to you? This is divine potential -- sacred raw material patiently waiting to come fully alive through you.  💛

Self-expression

Image
Most children don't hesitate expressing who they are and what they love. My sister's granddaughter is a perfect example.  She's eight-years old and is authentically intelligent, funny, thoughtful, and charismatic. She doesn't try to be this way, or apologize for expressing her essence. She is truly her own little person. She is smart and sassy --- a tiny package of multi-dimensional goodness the world has yet to tell her is "too much" or too bright.  And, hopefully that day will never come.  There's so many of us remembering and honoring our unique intelligence and gifts. So many of us expanding beyond the single band of self-expression we were either shoved into or self-assigned in order to fit in, but in so doing, suppressed our inner sassy* light.  (*the lively and spirited kind) By Mayra Porrata | comments: mayra@solarapublishing.com ©2026 Solara Publishing, LLC

Divine neutrality

Image
Anytime we make peace with our wounds and polarities -- with our own internal divide, we enter the realm of divine neutrality.  This is a tender space of deep contemplation and self-compassion. As we meet our own estrangement and forgive all the ways we've abandoned ourselves, we instantly realize the grace that's been with us all along.  As a natural consequence, we naturally allow others the grace of their own journey. We learn that no one needs  fixin'  only alignment and that happens at just the right time (for them).  Standing in neutral ground is not a stance of ignorance or being unaware or unengaged from the daily scuffles and battles of society. In fact, it makes individuals hyper-aware and informs them in ways that change them from the inside-out.  Yes, you can argue, fight, or debate, or you can walk the path that leads from your own divine heart instead. You may find it's the simplest and most rewarding way to live.     ...

The soft-skills I didn’t think I needed (but I was wrong)

Image
Depending on your elemental nature (ei: your natal chart aspects/human design), you may or may not have good soft-skills. In particular, those of us with strong air or earth aspects are not as attuned to emotional intelligence -- the “feeling” stuff.   And so, I had to learn it and then teach it, and then re-learn it deeper and then teach it again….and now I’m writing about it, so that I can learn some more.  It took me about 30 years to realize that what we used to consider soft-skills  is simply social-emotional intelligence.   I’ve come to understand this too: emotional literacy and self-awareness  are not trivial or unimportant— they are self-mastery skills. Your mind is energy. Your body is energy. Your nervous system and its ability to pick up and decipher social-emotional information from self and others? Energetic self-mastery my friend. I’m still learning and re-learning how to use my own superpowers and integrate my soul senses. How about you? ...
